DMR Talk Group Pet Peeve

Lately more and more people have been jumping over to DMR. I think this is great, but I see some problems with it to. I have have heard lots a stations rag chew and tailgate on main talk groups like TAC 310. Sometime I have to wait for an hour to be able to unlink from TAC 310 so I can move to another talk group. How a talk group should work. If you want to rag chew, round table, or have any type of long discussion outside of the scheduled Nets. Move to another talk group that is less busy or move to a private call. A short QSO is fine, but keep it short. There are others that would like to use the talk group to pass on information. Or contact a station to meet in another talk group. PLEASE do not tailgate, DMR is not like regular radio. You can't just spin the VFO and start talking on another talk group.
